"The loyalty points actually keep me coming back"
I’ve ordered from rcsuperstore.com a few times now, and the loyalty points have been a nice little bonus. They seemed to add up quicker than I thought they would, and I was able to use them on my last order to knock a bit off the total.
What I like is that it’s not one of those confusing rewards setups where you have no idea what’s going on. You can actually see your points and use them easily, if that makes sense. It definitely makes me more likely to order from them again.

I ordered from RC Superstore i wasn’t expecting it to get here that quick. Like, I placed the order and then a couple days later the box was already at my door. Everything showed up fine, no damage, no weird delays or anything. Smooth experience overall.

I ordered a few parts from RC Superstore and everything seemed legit. The packaging matched the brands I usually buy, so that was kinda reassuring. Shipping was fine too. Overall, it’s nice to find a shop that doesn’t feel sketchy

I needed a part they don’t usually keep in stock, so I figured it might be a hassle, but it was actually really smooth!!! They handled the special order with no fuss, gave me updates when I checked in, and it even showed up earlier than I expected!!! Really happy with how easy the whole thing was!!!

"Product info could be a lot clearer"
The site itself was fine to use, but the product details were light. I was trying to figure out fitment and specs and felt like I had to guess more than I should. I also reached out for help and got what seemed like a copy-paste support reply, which was frustrating because it didn’t really answer my question.

I ordered a few RC parts from rcsuperstore.com and chose local pickup. I got the email quickly saying it was “ready,” which was nice because I didn’t have to wonder what was going on.
When I went in, I just gave them my name and they had the order right there. No waiting around, no hassle, and the guy at the counter was “super easy” to deal with.
Everything in the bag was correct, and the prices seemed fair to me. Overall it was a smooth experience, and I’d definitely use them again

"Showed in stock, but apparently wasn’t"
I ordered a couple of RC parts because the site said they were in stock, so I figured I was good to go. A few days later I got an email saying one of them actually wasn’t available, which was frustrating since I was waiting on it to get my RC fixed. To be fair, the refund went through without any hassle, so that part was fine. Still, the inventory info on the site really needs to be more accurate.

I was just trying to grab a few parts for my Traxxas truck and somehow ended up clicking around rcsuperstore.com way longer than planned. I started noticing they had the same kinds of categories I’m always hunting for, bodies, tires, batteries, tools, and those tiny replacement parts that usually take forever to track down. The site was easy enough to browse, and I liked seeing a good spread of brands and options instead of the usual one or two choices.
